The Project Management team at GTA General Contractors can seamlessly enhance a client’s current internal PM capabilities to assist with workflow irregularities or projects of significant size or complexity. 

 We are responsible for trades, which provides specialized services for these types of new builds, are reputable and are bondable. We worked on issuing Purchase Order and finalized price based on the scope of work as per the project drawings and we ensure payments are made on milestones as project progresses. Typically, milestones are achieved on monthly basis. We prepare payment certificates and ensure 10% hold back for lien act until the completion of the task and advertisement. For any unforeseen changes, we work with stakeholders and issue change order and find efficiencies to offset the cost increase without compromising the quality.  

• Tracks progress, identify project risks and works to mitigate those risks. 

• Project manage and directs construction projects in strict accordance with the contract documents and industry best practices.

• Oversees construction project, ensuring all work is being completed according to approved specifications, within the Contract scope of work, terms and budget.

• Ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards

• Ensuring that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed

• Ensuring that the budget is followed 

• Creating, Monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring the schedule and look ahead schedules are followed 

• Supervises and coordinates tasks and activities of subcontractors/vendors to ensure quality of work as it pertains to construction drawings and adherence to schedule.

• Prepares and maintains project schedule with subcontractors/suppliers.

• Review required design changes with the management.
